9-18-10  Chad and Cory had a weekend at Knoxville Dragstrip that many can only dream of.  They took their 3 cars and ran consistant numbers all night long,  this consistancy got them all the way down to 5 cars in which they had 3 of the 5.  Chad and Cory had their opponents eliminated and then there were 3....all Eagle Cars!  Quite an accomplishment considering the competiton that is there.  So it was Chad and Cory in the finals and Chad took the win, but I am sure that Cory is gunning for his Dad!  Way to go guys!  Great racing weekend!

9-18-10  Chris Barker had a wonderful weekend of racing at Bristol Dragway..    Chris Barker from Morehead, Ky. took Sunday’s Super Pro action over Foley. Barker had a .032 light, and a 4.956 E.T. (4.93 dial-in) at 138.73 mph.  Chris was running Shay Loveday's Eagle 565 powered Rear Engine Dragster.  He ran consistant 4.93's all day..Congratulations to all!

9-18-10 Chris Johnson had a unthinkable weekend of racing at Bristol!! Chris Johnson of Maryville, TN ..  won King of The Hll on Saturday evening after running Steve Foley inthe finals for the Wally. Thanks to "Bossman" Chris Barker he took out Chris's competition on Sunday to help wrap up the Super Pro Championship for Chris Johnson.  Congratulations Chris Johnson Racing!

8-2-09 Congratulations to McCullar Motorsports on a great weekend at Martin, Mi. Keith ran his first 6.50 pass ever going a 6.58 with his 632. Keith then went on to a runner up finish in Top Dragster. Mallori qualified #5 with her new motor going a 6.67.

7-18-09 Mountain Park Dragway, Clay City, KY. Hillbilly Nationals.  Chris Johnson took th ebank home with him!! Chris won the Gamblers Race on Friday night, runnered up against Cory Hedgecock in the 2nd chance to win race.  Won Saturday's 20K to win race. While Chad made a semi-final appearance.  Chris went on to win his 3rd race of the weekend , the 5K to win race on Saturday.Chad was runner up in Sunday's Quick 32 race.  There was at least on Eagle Racing Engines customer in 5 of the 6 top ET final rounds contested in Clay City.

7-18-09  Louisville, KY  Outlaw Series at Ohio Valley Dragway was dominated by Eagle Racing Engines Customers as David Helton took the win over Rick and Walter Thornsberry

7-18-09 IHRA Pro-Am Sportsman Nationals in Jackson, SC. Congrats to Jeff and Angie on their win! TOP SPORTSMAN Jeff Pittman, Conover, N.C., '68 Chevelle, 4.665, 148.87  def. Terry Teets, Manassas, Va., '04 Cavalier, 4.829, 148.17.

7-18-09 Tyler Jenkins claims number one qualifier at Knoxville Dragway with a 4.15 @ 176 and motors on to take the victory over Joel Bayless.

7-10-09  Tenn-Tuck Triple Crown Event, Cory Hedgecock continued to go rounds all weekend with a strong showing into the semi-finals on Sunday.  This moved Cory into 3rd place in the Championship points for the Tenn-Tuck Series with just one event left.

7-4-09  Congratulations to Chad and Cory Hedgecock on the accomplishment at Knoxville Dragway.  Race was cancelled due to rain, and with 5 cars left, Chad had 2 in and Cory had 2 left in as well. Cory had the bye to the Semi's with one of his cars...........Cory was hoping to run Chad in the finals and as he put it "woop his dad's a**"

6-29-09  Congratulations to Stephan Stringer on his win at Ohio Valley Dragway in the 10,000 to win Outlaw Pro Mod race. He qualified with a 4.29 and ran a 4.32 in the finals.

6-23-09  Congratulations to Cory Hedgecock on his runner up finish at Steele in the 5K race. Also Mark Miles on his Semi finish.

6-13-09 Congrats to Travis Nelson for winning at I-40 Dragway in a brand new Mullis Dragster and equipped with an Eagle 555!  Travis varied between a 5.04 and a 5.05 in 2 nights of racing.

6-13-09 Congratulations to the following Eagle Racing Customers: Keith McCullar - Qualified # 2 at the IHRA Tulsa race and went his first 200 MPH pass! A 6.62 at 201!  Good Deal! Mallori McCullar - Qualifies # 4 in Top Dragster Jerry Story - Qualifies # 5 in Top Dragster and # 1 in Quick Rod!

6-13-09 Mark Miles made it to the Semi-Finals at Brainerd Optimist Dragstrip. Congrats Mark!

6-13-09 Tyler Jenkins take runner-up spot in London, KY at the Quick 8 race.  Tyler set the track record with a 4.162 @ 170.50

6-6-09  Chad Hedgecock made it to the Semi-Finals at Knoxville Dragway.

6-6-09  Doug Marsters, Canton, ME won a Dan Page Top Dragster Race.  It was a 5 round race.  Reaction times varied from a perfect light to a .022.  The car ran four 7.46 ET's and one 7.47.

 

6-6-09  Bud Townsend, Loudon, TN  was #1 Qualifier at Brainerd Optimist Dragstrips 4.70 -$5000 to win index race.  Bud won with a 4.76 .  Bud runs an Eagle Racing Engines 738 ci spread bore.

5-31-09 Holly Springs Dragway Bubba Stanton won the "Battle of the Pro Mods" against Mike "the Hitman" Hill during the best of 3 runs Grudge Race.  Bubba won with a 4.23!  He is running an Eagle Racing Engines 738.

  

5-31-09 Tony Helms wins the IHRA Sportman National Quick Rod race in Richmond, Virginia.  Tony ran a 5.699 @ 136.40 by defeating John Dustin in the finals.  Tony runs an Eagle 555.

5-30-09  Shay Loveday, Owner of Knoxville Dragway was in the semi-finals of the $5000 to win Big Money Bracket Race at Steele International Dragway.  Shay runs an Eagle Racing Engines 565.

5-30-09  Tyler Jenkins claims Runner-Up position at the Dixie Pro Mods race at Steele International Dragway.  Tyler qualified with a 4.10 @ 177 and in the finals he ran a 4.10 against Jamie Hancock

5-30-09  Chad Hedgecock claims Winner and Runner-Up at Knoxville Dragway during the East Coast Summit Super Series race.

3-21-09   Cory Hedgecock Runners up at Bowling Green in the 10k Tenn-Tuck Series, with his Eagle Conventional head 582. This is the third race on his new, Ron Tiller Sponsered Mullis dragster . After struggling on friday he gets it together on saturday to have 2 perfect lights in elimantions and runs between a 4.64 and 4.65 through out the race, only to get stopped 8 rounds later in the finals.

3-7-09    Chris Johnson wins first race out in his Barker Trailers Sales dragster with new Eagle Conventional head 582 at Brainerd Dragway. Third Pass on car stopped the clocks at a 4.79 which Johnson also ran 8 passes later in the finals. Look for alot more finals with Chris this year glad to have him apart of the eagle team.
